Ikea FAIL !

I have been a frequent ikea buyer and such a fan. But on my last purchased of  a 'Rigga' clothes hanger/dryer while assembling it,  I stumbled into a FAIL bolt. There was 6x bolts but I only realized on the 5th bolt assembly that the 6th one was an unfinished piece of steel.

My clothes dryer remained unfinished until I get this fixture replaced. Another trip to Ikea just to get the missing piece in the puzzle.
